Poor bird, but seriously...I couldn't stop laughing. Something is glitchy with the YouTube player or my browser though, so hopefully you can play the video okay. Or maybe it is just Charter trying to spite me. I have had to call in and complain every week this month (conveniently ever since I made the call to disconnect my service in a month)!
